Refunds and Cancellations
Our small family business is significantly affected by cancellations. A last
minute cancellation gives us little chance of filling the space. For these reasons,
we have a strict cancellation policy. The deposit, less a cancellation fee of $50,
will be returned to you if notice of cancellation is received by us no later
than 8 weeks prior to the date of arrival for 5 days or more, 28 days notice
for 4 days or less. If a cancellation is made less than 8 weeks for a week or
28 days prior to your arrival date, no refund will be possible regardless of
the reason, unless we get the cottage rented for that period. If only a portion
of the period can be rebooked we will refund a proportional amount of all monies
paid less the $50 handling charge.
Forms of Payment
We have tried to keep our rates as reasonable as possible and for this reason
we do not deal with credit cards but gladly accept, cheques, cash or email money transfers.
Pets
Pets are welcome provided previous arrangements have been made with Keith or Susanne.
